What does Sapphire watch for me?▾
Real-time stock changes on Pokémon TCG products at Amazon, Target, Pokémon Center, Walmart, Best Buy, and GameStop. The moment a product flips back to in-stock, Sapphire fires an alert to your dashboard, email, and Discord (if connected).
How fast are alerts?▾
Free tier polls each watch every 30 minutes. Pro tier polls every 5 minutes. Sapphire's worker has been measured at 8–14 seconds from retailer page change to your Discord ping on Pro.
What's the difference between Free, Pro, and Monitor?▾
Free is 3 watches + email + dashboard alerts. Pro ($12/mo) is 50 watches + 5-min polling + access to the Sapphire TCG community Discord with brand × retailer channels. Monitor ($100/mo) installs a dedicated bot in your own Discord server with priority infrastructure.
How do I get alerts in Discord?▾
Open the dashboard, click your avatar → Discord webhook setup, and follow the wizard. Pro users also get auto-invited to the Sapphire community Discord on upgrade.
Do you charge for retailers I don't watch?▾
No. The plan price is fixed regardless of how many retailers any single watch covers. Sapphire watches every retailer where a product is listed — you pay per product slot, not per retailer.
Can I cancel anytime?▾
Yes. Click the Pro badge in the dashboard header → Manage subscription. You'll keep Pro features through the end of your billing period.
Why didn't I get an alert when X dropped?▾
Three usual culprits: (1) the watch was paused, (2) the URL pointed to a variant that didn't restock, or (3) the retailer changed its page structure. Open the watch, click Send test ping to verify your webhook still works, then re-add the URL if needed.
Is there a free trial of Pro?▾
We don't gate behind a trial — Free already shows the live dashboard with 3 watches. Pro upgrades take effect immediately and pro-rate. Cancel anytime if it's not the right fit.
